This is the belief that drives Dignitas’ efforts in building the skills and competencies of educators to ensure that every child receives an excellent education.

To keep up with the demands of the constantly evolving world of education and technology, our team recognized the need to be strategic in the design and delivery of blended programming, leveraging new technological tools to ensure a wider reach and increased impact. LeadNow, our online learning platform supports teachers through a blend of online learning material and virtual coaching support.

Ms. Rhodah is a teacher at Bliss Academy who found her path to transformative leadership and effective classroom practices through the training content offered on LeadNow.

Stepping into the LeadNow program, Tr. Rhodah felt an immediate sense of empowerment while engaging with a new virtual learning platform. With a strong commitment to learning, she wholeheartedly embraced the journey, immersing herself into her journey towards becoming an exceptional school leader.

One of the most significant transformations Tr. Rhodah experienced was in the way she approached her teaching methodology. The concepts learned on LeadNow inspired her to reimagine her teaching and leadership practices, leading to a shift in her approach towards both her teachers and her learners.

Tr. Rhodah learned the importance of well-planned and structured lessons. She served as an inspiration to her teachers by leading by example. Daily lesson planning has now become a norm, leading to improved classroom dynamics and enhanced learning experiences for all. Furthermore, Tr. Rhodah’s commitment to growth went beyond planning as she observed her colleagues teaching, providing constructive feedback that further refined their classroom practices.

Armed with a newfound understanding of learner-centered techniques, she also realized the importance of sharing learning outcomes with her students before diving into lessons. This approach not only keeps her students engaged but also fosters a participatory environment where learners actively contribute to the learning process.

Outside the classroom walls, Tr. Rhodah recognized the pivotal role parents play in their children’s education. With her LeadNow-acquired knowledge, Rhodah is bridging the gap between teachers, parents, and students. She collaborates with her fellow educators to set targets, ensuring that every student’s potential is nurtured. Through effective communication and involvement of parents, particulatly in setting learning targets, Tr. Rhodah has created a strong support system that amplifies the efforts of teachers in the classroom.

An integral part of Tr. Rhodah’s LeadNow journey was the invaluable interaction with coaches who guided her every step of the way. These coaches not only imparted knowledge but also provided a safe space for Tr. Rhodah to express herself, identify and act on her areas of improvement. Through lively discussions, Tr. Rhodah realized that her voice matters in the educational landscape.

The concepts Tr. Rhodah learned from LeadNow have become the foundation of her teaching and leadership philosophy. As a result, her school, Bliss Academy blossomed into a vibrant hub of learning and collaboration, a testament to Tr. Rhodah’s dedication and the impact of Dignitas’ LeadNow platform.
