Justus Maina

With an authentic dedication to education, Justus Maina brings over a decade of experience in curriculum development, educational leadership, coaching, and training across Kenya and Rwanda. Currently spearheading a segment of the TeachWell project at Dignitas, he focuses on empowering teachers in refugee-hosting areas like Turkana and Garissa. Here, he designs and develops Teacher Professional Development (TPD) programs, emphasizing instructional leadership and coaching practices for school leaders, aimed at enhancing educational and developmental outcomes for children.
