Dignitas knows that when learning is effective children have the opportunity to fulfil their potential through quality education, and in a learning environment that values them and equips them to excel

Dignitas empowers educators and school leaders to transform opportunities for the next generation. Dignitas school partnerships are designed to transform leadership practice and classroom practice in a way that improves children’s learning and well-being. Our training and coaching partnerships strengthen leadership and improve instructional quality, and, in some cases, provide infrastructural support to help schools create an environment where all children fulfil their potential, especially in typically underserved communities.

Our school partners are currently from urban informal settlements across Nairobi, diverse rural areas, and beyond Kenya’s borders in South Sudan. Our typical school partnership lasts for one year and includes Leadership Academies, Professional Development Workshops, Coaching, and the nurturing of Professional Learning Communities for sustainable whole school improvement. Dignitas also delivers customized programming to drive education outcome gains through a variety of partnerships; designed to impact public, private and non-profit schools.
