Shikha Dubey
Shikha is a dynamic leader with a proven track record of empowering companies, governments and non-profits across the US, LATAM, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa through digital innovation and strategic public-private partnerships. She began her career at Cisco Systems, in the Corporate Social Responsibility group, leading technology implementation across schools, universities, hospitals, and communities, globally. Subsequently, she joined Kiva.org in Nairobi, Kenya where she delivered a strategy helping financially excluded youth entrepreneurs gain access to low-cost capital. Most recently, she was Vice President, Business and Technology Partnership at Constellation Brands, where she set divisional strategy for digital transformation to elevate customer experience and engagement. Shikha views technology as a powerful enabler for solving complex problems and is deeply committed to extending access to opportunities for underserved communities across industries and sectors. Recognizing the need for a multi-sector approach to address global challenges, which require both business transformation and policy reform, Shikha enhanced her practical experience by earning a Master’s in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and an M.B.A. from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
