Faith Mbushi
Faith has worked in the development industry for 15 years, with the last 7 years in evidence generation and impact evaluations of girls’ education programs in marginalized communities. Her passion lies in serving the underrepresented, marginalized and vulnerable. She enjoys working with collaborative teams of researchers, program implementers and policy makers to translate research evidence to inform program design and delivery and public policies. She now pursues prospects that produce maximum impact, through collaboration with state and non-state actors to address policy problems using evidence, inclusivity, and sustainability lens. She has developed key relationships with the Ministry of Education partners, researchers, and program implementers as a core team member of the Education Evidence for Action (EE4A) team.Faith is passionate and gifted in strategic leadership with a quick eye for what needs to be done to create platforms where others can fully utilize their strengths to solve problems and achieve results.
