Dr. Edwins L. Saka
Dr. Saka, a seasoned Technical Advisor specializing in Planning and Programmes Management at the National Council for Nomadic Education in Kenya (NACONEK), brings a wealth of experience from a diverse career path. A former high school teacher, he holds a Master of Science Degree in Development Communication and a Doctoral Degree in Gender and Politics from the University of Manchester, UK. With over 14 years in the teaching fraternity, Saka later transitioned into project management, serving as a Project Specialist for the USAID/Health Policy Initiative in Kenya and an Advocacy Officer at Sense International (E. Africa).
