Short Term Project Officer – Gender (2 Positions)

Dignitas is looking for two Project Officers (Gender) to support the Leading Learning for Gender Equality Project. The role focuses on coaching support and strengthening gender-responsive practices in schools.
Key Responsibilities (Very Short)
- Support coaching for CSOs
• Coordinate monthly webinars
• Mobilize schools for trainings
• Support training logistics
• Join monitoring visits & document stories
Who We’re Looking For (Very Short)
- Degree in Education, Gender, or related field
• 2+ years’ experience
• Strong communication & coaching skills
• Detail-oriented team player
• Must live in the applying county
